As an engineer, how would you resolve the lack of evaporation? Could a machine fix this issue or a tool?

Answer: -

In order to increase evaporation the speed of air flowing across water must increase. For this purpose an engineer can create a blower.

Lowering the pressure causes the boiling point to go lower. This results in evaporation occurring faster. So a vacuum pump can be used to increase evaporation from a surface.

Machines can thus increase the evaporation by the two above means.
