A dozen contain 12 items put together. 12 dozens are equivalent to 12 x 12 =144 eggs.
She sold 5/6 of the eggs which means she remained with 1/6 of the eggs
1/6 of them is equivalent to 24 eggs.
24 eggs are equivalent to 2 dozens. which means she sold 10 dozens in the market.
she sold a dozen at $ 4.5 dollars hence,
10 dozens will amount to 10 x 4.5 = $ 45 . By selling 5/6 eggs in the market she earned $ 45 .
