In order to find this, use the percent change equation.

(New - Old)/(Old) * 100 = % Change

Now input 48 for the New price and 60 for the Old price.

(48 - 60)/(60) * 100 = % Change

12/60 * 100 = % Change

.2 * 100 = % Change

20 = % Change
