From the slope our equation so far is
y = -4/5x + B
Now we find B
-------------------------
To find be all we have to is substitute (-5,-4) for x and y in 3x + 5y = 15
(-4) - (-4/5)( -5) = b
-8 = b
---------------------------------
So your equation would be y = -4/5x - 8
