optically from the picture I would rather say it is 45°.
but 62° ? that is so very specific, and it does not look like it to me.

you remember how many degrees a circle has ? 360°
that means one time all around the circle arc.
so, if you turn something by 360°, it is as if it never moved. it definitely faces in the original direction again.
that is also why 180° is half a full turn (represented by a half-circle). and so on.
e.g. the tricks in skateboard or snowboard often have a number in their names. a 360 is a full turn. a 720 means 2 full turns. and so on.
