7.40cm3 same of mercury has a mass of 102g. Will it float in water? Justify your answer.

Answer: No, it will not float.

First find the density of mercury by doing 102/7.4 which is 13.7837838

The density of water is 1 and anything with a density greater than 1 will not float so no Mercury will not float
