Explanation:

In the graph we have a quadratic equation, where the hands point down, but also does the positive y-axis, so:

for a quadratic equation of the form:

y = a*x^2 + b*x + c

we have that a must be positive.

We also have that when x = 0. y = 2.

We also have that when x = 1, y is a number between 3 and 4.

In the first table, we have that y(1) = 5/2 = 2/2 + 2/2 + 1/2 = 2 + 1/2, this is not in the range:

In the second table we have: y(|1) = 7/2 = 2/2 + 2/2 + 2/2 + 1/2 = 3 + 1/2, this is in the range, so this is the correct answer:
