8/20 black cards pulled= 4/10=
40% is the experimental probability

In this question, the dealer takes 20 card which was 8 black cards and 12 red cards. The question asking the probability of dealing a black card. You can ignore the card number since the probability only asking for the colour. The chance would be
black card dealt / total card dealt
black card dealt / (black card dealt + red card dealt )
8/ (8+12)= 8/20= 2/5
