Okay, so this is just like we practiced!

You've got an equation & a graph. To connect the two, you've got to make a table of values. Remember to do this you "guessed" which x-values you wanted to use!

So...choose your x-values.

Then substitute each x-value into your equation to solve for the y-coordinate.
