The point-slope form:
y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

Q2.

(1,\ -7)\to x_1=1,\ y_1=-7\\m=1\\\\y-(-7)=1(x-1)\\\\y+7=(x-1)

Q3.

(5,\ 9)\to x_1=5,\ y_1=9\\m=2\\\\y-9=2(x-5)

Q4.

y=mx+b\\\\(0,\ 1)\to b=1\\\\y=mx+1

The formula of a slope:
m=(x_2-x_1)/(y_2-y_1)

((-2,\ 4)\to x_1=-2,\ y=4\\(2,\ -2)\to x_2=2,\ y_2=-2\\\\m=(-2-4)/(2-(-2))=(-6)/(4)=-1.5

y=-1.5x+1
