Answer: y - e = ex - 9x +e

Explanation:

The equation of the tangent line is y -y1 = m( x - x1 )

Basically to get y1 plug in your given value(t) to your original equation

To get M to take the derivative of the original equation (e-9) and plug-in your given value(t)

and x1 is literally your given value(t)

which gives you the equation y - e = (e-9)(x-0)

now simplify to isolate y on one side

You can also plug in e as 2.72 as it is a naturally occurring number
