4x -10 > 1000
for an equality you will basically just write an equation but with >, <, or >=, <= (which are written as the symbols but with a line underneath, but i don't think there's a symbol for that on pc, so you type less than or equal to as <= since that's what it means)
then ten less than 4 times a number, is a number, x, times 4, and then subtract 10 from that since it's 10 less than. than more than 1000 would be greater than, >
