Answer:

a. Class widths are not equal. The first two classes have width of 5, the third one has width of 6, the fourth a width of 4 and the last a width of 5
Class widths should be equal when computing frequency distributions

b. The class limits overlap Should be 5-10, 11 - 16 etc
