If we apply Pythagorean Theorem in the triangle side, side, diagonal we find out the side.
11.3^2= 2•side^2
Because it said approximately 11.3~11
11^2=121 so 11.3^2~128( approximate to be divisible by 2)
128 /2=side^2
64=side ^2
Side= sqrt(64)=8
Perimeter is 4•8=32 meters

keeping in mind that, a square has four equal sides, so, let's say each side is "x" meters long, then check the picture below.
the perimeter will be x+x+x+x, or 4x.
