A voluntary muscle movement would be like purposely flexing you arm to show off muscles or to use your muscles to do a push up. Basically when you chose to do something

You didn't list the examples, but a voluntary movement is a movement you DECIDE to do. You decide to wave, shake someone's hand, kick a ball, walk, etc.

Involuntary movements are movements that you cannot decide to do or to control. Like your heartbeat, digesting food, eye twitching, etc.

One example of something that could potentially be both is breathing. You can't stop your breathing while you are sleeping (involuntary) but you can breathe if you want to (voluntary), you can take a breath in right now.

I hope this helps!
