Create a pattern with the rule n-4

Number patterns can be formed easily when we know the rule. In our case
The rule is n-4 ,
therefore , when n=1 then 1-4 = -3
n=2 then 2-4 = -2
n = 3 then 3-4 = -1
n = 4 then 4-4 = 0
n = 5 then 5-4 = 1
n= 6 then 6-4 = 2
Therefore we get a pattern -3,-2,-1,0,1,2,..............
hence in this case the difference between consecutive pairs is always 1
