Hello,

If you factor and set each factor equal to zero, you get,

y = 0,15

Thus, the solution is y = 0,15

Now, the factor out common term form of 5y-y^(2)=0

Steps:

Factor 15y - y^2 : -y(y-15)=0

Factor 0:0 (0 can not factor further)

Thus, - y ( y - 15 ) = 0
