On 49, move q to the right side by doing inverse operations.
-3r=2-q
Then divide both sides by -3 to isolate the variable
r=(2-q)/-3
52.
Add 3g to both sides
2fgh=10+3g
Then divide both sides by 2fg
h=(10+3g)/2fg
