To rotate the angle Ф around origin, the formula is:
(x cosФ - y sinФ, x sinФ + y cosФ, z)
So, (5 cos 270 - (-5 sin 270), 5 sin 270 + (-5 cos 270) , 9) = (-5, -5, 9)
