Answer: y= 2x - 3

Step by step solution:

Y = mx + c

Where

y= y coordinate

m = gradient (it is known as steepness of the slope)

x= x coordinate

c = y intercept

m = 2

c = ?

x = 2

y = 1

Substitute the values in the above equation

y = mx + c

1 = 2 (2) + c

1 = 4 + c

1 – 4 = c

-3 = c

y = 2x - 3
