The equation of the line is y = -6x - 14
To graph this equation, you'd plot the given point, and count six units down and one over and plot the point, six down and one over and plot the point, an so on until you reach (0, -14).

Use the point-slope formula here:
y - 4 = -6(x -[-3]), or y - 4 = - 6(x+3)
This could be simplified further if you like.
