so then if you put the symbol - (subtraction) in the first one then the answer in the first parenthesis would be -11

then you put a division between the two parentheses

Lastly, you put another + (addition)
so the parenthesis would equal 11

when you solve the problem now
it should look like -11/11

In the end, it should look like (-3-8)/(5=6)=-1
