This agency is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against an employee in regards to its race, color, sex, national origin, disability or religion. Furthermore, the agency has the authority to conduct an investigation against the employer of Jeremy who are covered by the law and if the agency find any discrimination act, they will try to settle the charges and possibly, put Jeremy back to work.
