Slope intercept form of a line is y=mx+b where m= slope and b=y-intercept.

So, we need to convert the given equation in this form. For that simply solve the equation for y.

5x-y=(1)/(4)

-y=-5x+(1)/(4) Subtract 5x from each sides.

y=5x-(1)/(4) Multiply each sides by -1.

So, slope intercept frm is
y=5x-(1)/(4)
