The rate per minute is 0.45.
The rate by hour is 27 pages per hour. What you do is just multiply 0.45 by 60(minutes in an hour).

you have to divide 18 by 40 which will give you .45 so the unit rate per minute is .45 and i don't know the unit rate per hour I'm sorry!!! i hope this helps!!!
