Let’s find the scale factor (the number each number on the left has been multiplied by)
14/10 = 1.4
The scale factor is 1.4 so 10 has been multiplied by 1.4 to get 14
so you are now going to do 1.4 * 4 = 5.6
5.6 is your answer!!
