BE = 6cm
BD = 12 cm
For a square, the diagonal are equal

so :::
AC = BD = 12 cm

Answer: AC= 12 cm

Explanation:

Here, ABCD is a square with diagonals AC and BD.

Let E is the intersection point of Diagonals AC and BD.

Since, we know that the lengths of diagonals of a square are same.

Therefore We can say, AC=BD

And we know that,

In the case of square diagonals bisect each other,

That is, BE=ED⇒BD= 2BE.

But, BE= 6 cm (given)

⇒BD=12 cm ⇒AC= 12 cm
