Junie is excited to go running on the city's newest running and bike trail. the brand new 3-mile trail runs right through the city and was built without tearing down any buildings at all. what is the most likely explanation of how the city planners accomplish the building of such a trail in a heavily developed urban area?

Most likely, the trail was built to avoid already-existing buildings. The trail may not be a straight line. If it is, then it is most likely built along-side a street that also runs straight through the city. It is also probably built using asphalt or concrete.
