The price of each ride was $2 because she started with $50 so you subtract $26 to see how much she spent and you get $24 then you divide 24 by 12 and you get 2. Hopefully that's right

50 - 12r = 26
-12r = 26 - 50
-12r = -24
r = -24/-12
r = 2 <=== the price of each ride is $ 2
