Hello,
Some factors I believe that help motivate people are money. If people weren't getting paid, no one would want to work. I think that's a major one. I don't think every action has a motivation. Take slavery. That's an action, yet they are being forced to do it, and there is no reward at the end. I'm not sure about the 3rd question, so sorry. Some people are more motivated than others 1, because they might be getting paid higher, lol. And 2, some people might find joy out of working more than others. That can happen. Yes, I believe we can learn to be more motivated. Not every thing is about the money. We can find joy out of what were doing.Time and place can have an effect on learning because say you are doing work, and you need to travel. Say you have to go to Hawaii. Hawaii is much MORE motivating than a boring old office somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
I really hope I Helped,
