When interviewing someone, try to avoid asking close-ended "yes or no" questions. since they do not produce a lot of information. Do your best to ask open-ended questions which will allow for more discussion and give you more details.

The correct option is B.
When gathering information through interview, one should try as much as possible to avoid asking questions, whose answers will simply be yes or no. This type of question should be avoided because, it will not allow the interviewer to gather much information from the people that are been interviewed. Instead, the interviewer should ask open ended questions that will allow those that are been interviewed to express themselves and to flow naturally.
