checks and balances is so that the branches of government don't over power each other, the preamble states that we have the ability to speak our minds and that we are treated fairly and equally and that no Americans rights are not taken away from them and i don't think that our amendments will not change because they haven't changed in a long time

The preamble is known as the introduction to the constitution. Also to show the constitution's powers. It was made by the founding fathers of the United States.

I don't think the amendment should be messed with or changed the amendments. Its a piece of history from the founding fathers that gave us are rights to our daily life's. So I don't think the amendments will or should be changed.
