When y=7 you have a horizontal line for which all values of Y are alway 7, no matter what the x v alue is.

So when x=8 or for f(8) it equals 7….. so f(8)=7

Answer:

0

Explanation:

The derivative of any constant is 0, therefore,
f'(x) = 0 and
f'(8)=0.

Quick proof:

f(x) = C =Cx^0 \text{ // } x^0 = 1\\\to \frac d{dx}\left[f(x)\right] = 0 * Cx^( 0 - 1) = 0
