Area of a circle is given by: A = pi * r^2 Circumference is given by : C = 2* pi * r where r is radius: r = d / 2 = 4 / 2 = 2 ft So then: A = pi * 2^2 = 12.56 ft^2 C = 2* pi * 2 = 12.56 ft
