Marybeth's allegiance to Great Shoes is an example of retail loyalty. When a person intentionally decides to buy a particular product from one retailer, it is known as retail loyalty. Marybeth could have searched for the shoes at other stores and could have got them for a lower price but her commitment to Great Shoes is very high.
