A temperature of 39.4 c converts to a temp. of at least 104.0 f. very high fever, if this is correct and I'm not misinterpreting the temperature u gave, a triple dose of acetaminophen and IV antibiotics wud benefit. this creates homeostasis and the body will correct itself.
