In order to find an angle in the range that is coterminal with 480°, it is important to note that 360° is a full revolution. We can simply subtract 360° from 480°, as the 360° gets up to the same point since it is one revolution. This leaves us with 120° which is the measure of the angle in the range that is coterminal with 480°.
