You are working in a fast moving industry. to be able to provide good advice to your clients, you need to stay up-to-date. however, your company does little to keep employees up-to-date. day-to-day business keeps you busy at full capacity and you do not have the time to get information on latest developments. what would you do?

I would collect examples of times when I failed to provide good advice to my clients when my day to day tasks compromised my research and preparation. I would collect similar examples from my colleague and transcribe a report and list of grievances. I would then offer my recommendations to my management with suggested improvements.
