The jogger's average speed in the specified unit may be calculated through using of the proper conversion factors and the appropriate dimensional analysis.
s = (2000 m/12 min)(1 km/1000 m)(60 min/1 h)
Simplifying,
s = 10 km/h
Answer: 10 km/h
