Confused on number 10. I put one solution, but I don’t know if it’s right. I got 12x+48=48+12x and then I solved for 24x=96 and got x=4. Is there another correct way how to do this? I would appreciate

4(3x + 12) = -6(-8-2x)
12x + 48 = 48 +12x
12x + 18 = 12x + 48
0 = 0
answer is A. infinitely many solutions
