Answer: The amount reasonable for a tip would be $9.375

Step-by-step explanation: We just take the tip percent, multiply it by the amount of money they spent, and that is our answer.

$62.5 x 0.15 = $9.375

Answer: $9.38 is the reasonable tip price.

Step-by-step explanation: I'm not sure if this will be 100% correct, because I guessed that the bill was being split by one person. I wish it would tell how many people would be splitting the bill because it does say she is with her friends. I'm guessing since they did not tell you how many friends there are means that the bill was split with only one person.
