We are given the expression
(12n-n)+5n, and we are told to simplify it. We can use the law of PEMDAS to simplify the numbers on the inside of the parenthesis, giving us
11n+5n. When we add the two terms together, we get
\boxed{16n}, which is the answer. Hope this helped and have a terrific day!

You would first do the equation in the parenthesis, 12n-n, which would be 11n, then add 5n, getting your answer, 16n. I hope this helped!
