(-4x^2)-3= (x^2)+3x-9+(4x^2)-2x+3
We move everything on one side of the equation

(-4x^2)-3-(x^2)-3x+9-(4x^2)+2x-3=0
Group like terms and solve

(-9x^2)-x+3=0
