sorry but I can only help with question 2... you have to find the answer that doesn't equal 64. let's start with A. 2^6. you have to times 2 6 times. 2 times 2 times 2 times 2 times 2 times 2. which equals 64. now B. 3^4. 3 times 3 times 3 times 3. which equals 81. C. 4^3 is 4 times 4 times 4. which is 64. D. 8^2 is 8 times 8 which is 64. so your answer is B. 3^4 since it does not equal 64

a. the base is 32/40+5/40=37/40 <1 so 37^3/40^3 <37/40

b. the base 10/15+3/15=13/15 <1 so (13/15)^4<13/15

c. the base is 7/3 so (7/3)^3> 7/3 ⇒ c is the correct answer

d. the expression is 1 cause x^0=1 and the base is 18/21+14/21=32/21 >1
