The pool itself has a radius of 15 ft
Add on the 5 ft buffer zone and we have a 15+5 = 20 ft radius
Circumference
C = 2*pi*r
C = 2*pi*20
C = (2*20)*pi
C = 40pi
C = 40*3.14
C = 125.6
Rounding up to the nearest foot, you need 126 feet of fencing
