The answer would be
Z38.01, P55.1
There are two diagnoses in this case so you will need to find two ICD10-CM code. The cesarean delivery will be coded as Z38.01 in ICD10-CM. The diagnosis of ABO incompatibility would be ABO isoimmunization of newborn and will be coded as P55.1.
