You suppose to put the like terms together
Let's do it
2m+3m+2m=7m
-5 -4 =-9
It is now 7m -9

Combine like terms: variables and constants:
Variables: 2m+3m=5m
Constants: -5-4+2=-7
Now add these together: 5m-7 this is the result in simplest form
