HEY DEAR.....!
HERE'S THE ANSWER....

Case 1: Breach of Law Of land

we will take the case of ordinary foreigners like tourists. if they break any law then they basically have two options

1st option :

Have Lawyer from their own Country and file case under an Indian Advocate

2nd option :

Have Indian Advocate as his lawyer

some other options will include
1. Giving up the Right to have attorney
2. Advocating oneself with help of lawyer from his own Country
3. Special Cases in which the Bar allows them to have Lawyer from their own Country

Case 2: Breach of International Law

There are certain types foreigners who are technically free from Law of land (which is in our case is Constitutionwith many other laws and acts. So they Don't have to have Lawyers who are experts in Indian Law.

Such type of foreigners can have Advocates from their own Country who are allowed to represent in ICJ and Such other courts and benches.

these Special foreigners include

1. Sovereign

2. Ambassador acting in its poewer

3. Army for the Military Action
