Answer:

Martin Luther King jr. helped with the civil rights movement. He worked so hard for the civil rights movement because the colored people were not treated fairly, and didn't get the stuff they deserved. The reason why BLM relates with MLK and the civil rights movement is because of Jeorge Floyds death that police officer shouldn't have choked him when he said I can't breath that police officer didn't listen just like they did years ago to the colored in the civil rights movement.

Martin Luther King Jr. was a man that will always be remembered. He was an amazing leader, and a huge inspiration to many. Martin Luther King Jr. was a huge part of the civil rights movement. He led eight peaceful protests. Though he was a peaceful man and just wanted equality, he was arrested over 29 times, his house got bombed, he got stabbed, received constant death threats, and in 1968 he was assassinated. Martin Luther King Jr. was a voice for black people who wanted equality. Today, we are still fighting that fight. Black people are still oppressed, the system is against them, and there is nothing equality. The Black Lives Matter movement is a continuation of what Martin Luther King Jr. was fighting for. Black lives matter, today, tomorrow, and always.
