p = 1 (Intersection Point of line r and the x-axis), q = -2 (Intersection Point of line r and the y-axis)

(x)/(p) \: + \: (y)/(q) \: = \: 1

qx \: + \: py \: = \: pq

( - 2)x \: + \: (1)y \: = \: ( - 2)(1)

- 2x \: + \: y \: = \: - 2

y \: = \: 2x \: - \: 2

y \: = \: (2)x \: + \: ( - 2)
Where,
m = 2, b = -2.
